A few years ago my sweet husband and I were traveling in Paris and as most tourists do, I snapped about 100 pictures of the Eiffel Tower in various formats but one really stood out and for years I have wanted it in some type of print form for my home.  Here is the original picture that I fell in love with…

{Who I Am} Linda from Craftaholics Anonymous & Friday Flair

Who I am
Linda from Craftaholics Anonymous

Hi! My name is Linda and I’m a Craftaholic. I started a blog, Craftaholics Anonymous, almost 2 years ago to deal with my crafting obsession because let’s face it, a blog is a lot cheaper than therapy! Being a stay at home mom has only fueled my craft addiction- now I can craft for 2 little boys in addition to our home, myself, the hubster, etc etc etc! And I take full advantage of naptime! I hit the crafting scene as soon as those sweet eyes close.
I love dreaming up new crafts and being inspired by everyday life. I craft to fulfill my need to create. And I love helping and sharing with others how I make my crafts. I love meeting and connecting with fellow crafters, and realized that other crafters enjoy that as well. So I started a Handmade Gift Exchange to connect crafters all over the world. This is one of my favorite things I do with my blog! I thoroughly enjoy the linky party at the end of the Handmade Gift Exchange to see the fabulous items participants made for each other and reading about the friendships they have made. {next Handmade Gift Exchange will start in May}

Tutorial~ Summer Sponge Bombs

22 · Jul 6, 2011 · 31 Comments

Last week we participated in A Little Tipsy’s Make A Memory series… and since Sarah and I are madly packing our cute bags for Evo’11 I thought I would share our fun summer activity with you guys today, just in case you missed it.

Water Bombs 032

A few years ago I was planning an activity for our youth at church and I came up with our version of water dodge ball.  We used large carwash sponges and several huge buckets of water in a large field, broke the kiddos up into teams and let them go to town.  They LOVED it!!!  It has become a tradition every summer here in these parts.  When Michelle asked if I had a fun memory maker this was the first thing I thought of… but of course I needed a fun WhipperBerry Spin!!  I found this picture on Pinterest from The House of Hepworths…
