Friday Flair Link Party // It's finally FRIDAY!! This week has been busy. Monday, I sent Haley and Hannah off to Girls Camp and then spent the rest of the week trying to keep Emily and Gage entertained. Who knew two kiddos are almost harder than four! Poor Gage is slowly going from cute little baby brother   who can do no wrong… To annoying, pesky three year old, trouble making brother. Let's just say… the babymoon is coming to a close. Poor guy.

I have some fun projects I'm working on and several long term projects that I can't wait to get working on. I just need about 50 extra, energy filled, hours in the day. Isn't that how it always goes? Can you imagine all the wonderful things we could do with just a little extra, quiet, uninterrupted time! Friday Flair Link Party // Happy Friday friends!! I'm coming to you live from sunny Colorado!! My husband had some business to do here this next week and since the kiddos are out of school I thought, why not tag along. Most of our family is here so it was a no brainer. Plus, I just adore Colorado! The state is beautiful and the shopping is divine! We arrived late last night and I can't wait to hit Old Glory, Patina, Snappy Quilts, Ikea and the list goes on and on!! If you know of some great Colorado finds let me know, I'm always looking for new cool stuff. 

Now, on to our inspiration for this week. It actually comes to us from last week's Friday Flair. My Mom is a quilter (I am not) but I have a great love for quilts and an appreciation for those who have the skills to create these works of art. Aren't they just stunning?! The fabric selections, the design, hours that went into these two quilts, my goodness they are stunning. Way to go Alexis!! You should go check out her site. She has amazing style AND a full tutorial on how to make these lovely quilts.
