Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup Jif® Cinnamon Flavored Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
Instructions
- In the jar of a blender, add your oats,
- Cottage cheese,
- Eggs,
- Peanut butter
- Vanilla & honey.
- Blend until a smooth batter forms.
- Place your griddle over medium heat and let the griddle come up to temperature.
- Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and then wipe with a paper towel. Keep the paper towel handy and wipe the pan after each pancake.
- Next, pour your batter in the pan.
- Let cook slowly for 2-3 minutes until the edge start to solidify the pancake bubbles.
- Turn pancake and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from pan and top with your favorite pancake toppings. We like more peanut butter topped with fruit and a little maple syrup.
