Friday Flair Link Party // Happy Friday everyone!! We are heading into Spring Break this next week, so this Friday is the last day of school for a week. I'm super excited!! I love sleeping in, and hanging out with my kiddos all day. Plans are still a little up in the air at the moment, we may or may not travel to Colorado for the week. I'm a fly by the seat of your pants kind of girl… so we"ll see. What I do know is that I'm super excited to do some spring crafting. How about you guys? Friday Flair Features // Happy Monday everyone! The sun is out this morning here in Lincoln, and I am loving the little signs of spring that are starting to arrive. I've enjoyed our first real winter here in Lincoln after moving from Las Vegas but, I have to say… I'm ready for things to start warming up. We had a fabulous weekend spent watching Hales a.k.a. Lil'Whip in her school's production of Grease and are coming down from our Theatre high. Who knows what we will do with all the extra time we will have now that the show is over. We'll never mind… I tend to find all kinds of thing to fill every second of the day. Friday Flair Link Party // Morning my friends!! It's finally Friday and I'm super excited for this weekend. Hales aka Lil'Whip is performing in her High School production of Grease and I've been playing the part of proud theatre Mama. This is her first show so it's been super fun. Each night we've been feeding the kiddos dinner for the last two weeks. Tonight I'm making my favorite White Chicken Chili (Em's favorite chili) for soup night backstage. You can follow me on Instagram for all the fun if you like.

Soooo… My post early this week about my faux slate (chalkboard) photo backdrop was a huge hit and it looks like many of you would like some more post about some fun photo secrets that I've learned. Well, you've asked and I will start working on several more posts that I think you will like, stay tuned!

Now for this week's inspiration… It comes to us from Design for Mankind and it's a project that I've been dying to do myself.

Friday Flair Features // Happy Monday! Who's ready for a fresh start with the new week? I certainly know that I am. I have some exciting stuff planned for this week. I have a fun heart healthy $50,000 Kitchen makeover contest to enter for tomorrow, Wednesday I have a behind the scenes look at how I make one of my photo backdrops, Thursday I have an amazing Silhouette tutorial in store that will be mind blowing (not to mention this months Silhouette special,) and Friday of course is Friday Flair… You won't want to miss a thing this week!! I'm also working on a simple birthday celebration for my little Guy. Gage is turning three on Sunday and I'm working on a few simple items to make his day special.
