Here is a fun Local Love post for all of our Arizona friends! Have you heard of Glitter Academy? It's put together by some of my most favorite people out there and it's an event not to be missed!! ANYONE can participate in this fun event… you don't have to be a blogger, all you need is to be bitten by the creative bug to come and participate!! Below you will find out what it's all about…
Brought to you by:
The Glitter Girls
Jamielyn from I {heart} Nap Time, Kristyn from Lil Luna, Stephanie from Somewhat Simple
If you have been to any of the Arizona Girls’ Night Out’s with Kristyn and Steph or Craft nights with Jamielyn you know they certainly know how to throw a fantastic party! The AZ GNO’s created quite the buzz around blog land and sold out in a matter of minutes!! Because the demand and hype was so great, we have decided to go bigger and better and give women all over Arizona something to talk about! Together we have joined forces to create The Glitter Academy!
We have booked a facility for our next event that has enough space to hold 150 guests! Are you getting excited?! The plans are well in the works, and you can guarantee It is going to be absolutely fabulous! It will definitely be the biggest Craft Extravaganza in AZ. The night will consist of 6 crafty tutorials for guests to learn new techniques & make holiday décor and gifts. We will have a delicious dessert bar and plenty of time to meet and chat with other creative minds in Arizona. This event is a great place to network for bloggers, but we are welcoming THE ENTIRE CRAFT COMMUNITY. Bring your friends, mom, sisters, neighbors… whoever!!
The Glitter Academy’s FIRST event will be held held at My Noah’s in Chandler, AZ on
Friday, October 21st
from 6:30-11pm
My Noah’s is brand new, located in Chandler, AZ and is for ALL life’s events. Seriously this place is AWESOME!! Not only do they host business events and weddings… but events for families as well! The property is absolutely gorgeous, and we are so excited to be hosting our first event there. They are seriously the BEST to work with!! Out of of the places we contacted, we knew this place would be perfect!
Make sure to connect with them on FB & Twitter.
Entry tickets for this event will be $15.
Tickets will go on sale this Monday, September 12th.
Make sure to snag yours quick… because once they’re gone… they’re gone! Also, not only will tickets go on sale, but orders for the craft kits will start. This will be the perfect time to get your Holiday gifts made. We’ll have a great variety of crafts to choose from. You’re welcome to bring your own projects as well.
This will be THE event of the year, and one you certainly do not want to miss!
We can’t wait to meet you!!
Doesn't that look like FUN!! Put this on your calendars and make sure to purchase your VERY AFFORDABLE ticket on the 12th… I promise you, they are going to go FAST!!

Oh to live in Arizona!!! So many reasons…it is where I am doing my Ph.D (Sedona), where the grooviest bloggers seem to come from (ahem Vegas) and where all these types of Shindigs land…not to mention a hop skip and jump from Palm Springs – a fav. I love the caves in Sedona. I’m a bohemian, so I think I could live in one of them!!! Really, this event looks fantabulous. I am going to pop over to their blog and check them out. “You” are the kindest ever to always promote other people. I “love” that about you! Squishiest Hugs, Samara

We are a group of volunteers and starting a new scheme in our community. Your site provided us with useful information to paintings on. You have done a formidable task and our entire neighborhood will probably be thankful to you.
