Author: Heather // WhipperBerry
Cuisine: Breakfast
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 frozen strawberries
- large spoonful of Jif® Maple Flavored Peanut Butter Spread
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a small bowl, let your oats soak in the milk for 20-30 minutes or overnight if possible.
- In the jar of a blender add your bananas,
- Add your blueberries, strawberries, and peanut butter.
- Next add your milk, oats and yogurt,
- Add honey,vanilla and ice.
- Blend on high until smooth. You may need to add a little more liquid, if you do, add sparingly. You want to keep this mixture nice and thick, more like soft serve than a smoothie.
