Your kiddos will love this special treat for breakfast, they won't know how healthy it is!
Author: Heather // WhipperBerry
Cuisine: Breakfast
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen strawberries
  • large spoonful of Jif® Maple Flavored Peanut Butter Spread
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, let your oats soak in the milk for 20-30 minutes or overnight if possible.
  2. In the jar of a blender add your bananas,
  3. Add your blueberries, strawberries, and peanut butter.
  4. Next add your milk, oats and yogurt,
  5. Add honey,vanilla and ice.
  6. Blend on high until smooth. You may need to add a little more liquid, if you do, add sparingly. You want to keep this mixture nice and thick, more like soft serve than a smoothie.
