Cuisine Breakfast
Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen strawberries
  • large spoonful of Jif® Maple Flavored Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, let your oats soak in the milk for 20-30 minutes or overnight if possible.
  • In the jar of a blender add your bananas,
  • Add your blueberries, strawberries, and peanut butter.
  • Next add your milk, oats and yogurt,
  • Add honey,vanilla and ice.
  • Blend on high until smooth. You may need to add a little more liquid, if you do, add sparingly. You want to keep this mixture nice and thick, more like soft serve than a smoothie.
