{Review & Giveaway} Epic Letterpress

Talk about making a girls day!  Not too long ago Lifestyle crafts contacted me after seeing our pass around cards from Creative Estates…

… and asked if we would be interested in reviewing the Epic Letterpress machine. {we used Lifestyle Crafts Letterpress paper for the cards.} 

Heck YES!!  I have been  in love with the art of letterpress for years and have always wished that I could make my very own letterpress creations. 

For my first project I decided that I wanted to make a Birthday goodie triangle box to share with you all…


 

… For the box I used the Triangle Box cutting die for the Epic Tool.  I used your basic heavy duty Kraft paper and some Divine Twine from Whisker Graphics to tie up the box.

Isn’t that a fun goodie box?!  To dress it up I created a box topper with the letterpress plates and the circle cookie cutters for the Epic Tool.  I used Lifestyle Crafts letterpress paper layered with heavy duty Kraft paper embellished with mini pom poms… Soooo fun!!

I should have a tutorial on how to make it soon.  I was just having so much fun learning how to use the Epic Tool and playing around I didn’t want to take the time to stop and photograph a tutorial {sorry!}

  88. I had a small scale wedding invitation business a few years ago an could not for the life of me find someone to do letterpress for me! I dreamed of having my own letterpress, but alas they were huge and cost prohibitive.

  187. Let me say that I think this is one of the BEST giveaways EVER!!! I think that I just drooled all over their website. I LOVE everything. I am currently a DIY bride and couldn't stop imagining all the wonderful things I could create! As far as tools, I would cry if I got the Epic Combo kit.
