I LOVE Andrea's take on the wood sign. They are simple and yet so complex. The above sign is one that she made for me and I love how she lets some of the natural wood shine through by using the negative stencil process for the "T" and then hand painting the family name above it. I was so excited when I received the sign because I had the PERFECT place for it!
I had been working on creating a gallery wall for my living room {here is a little sneak peek} and I had this amazing frame from my Great Aunt that I just loved, but I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it. That was until I received Andrea's sign and it was PERFECT!!! I was sooooo excited when I put the whole thing up and just sat staring at it in awe. Andrea's sign took a generic gallery wall and made it something special.

First I must say the letter sign and date art are WONDERFUL! Gorgeous and creative. Now…. I would I use them, I too have a special wall and have been looking for letters to create our last name. In LOVE with “signs by Andrea.” I just got married in July and am working on building our collection of monogrammed pieces for our family. This sign would go perfectly on our living room wall to complement our canvas wedding photos.
I know I should write something really unselfish about how I’d let someone ELSE benefit & give it as a gift …. but I can’t. I want it, they’re BEAUTIFUL. I will hang it in our main room off our entry as a centerpiece on the wall, with something like family pictures etc. arranged as artfully as I’m capable of! 😀
