Friday Flair Features & a WINNER

2 · Sep 19, 2011 · 9 Comments

I am back from a whirlwind weekend in Denver full of all kinds of FUN!!  First, I taught some exciting classes at one of the most amazing fabric shops in the Denver area… Snappy Quilts!!  If you live in Denver I am telling ya, this should be your new fabric Taj Mahal {yes it's seven wonders worthy!!}  After the Snappy Quilt gig I spent Saturday at Bloggy Boot Camp put on by the aaaamazing SITS Girls!  Phenomenal is all I can say about this event.  Tiffany and Francesca know how to put on a blogging conference that is fun, inspirational and very informative. I HIGHLY recommend their one day conference for anyone who is interested in learning the ins & outs of how to create a successful blog. So… That's why our fabulous features are a little late today!  I got in late last night and had to jump back into being Mom so this had to wait until the bus left for school.  I'm sure you all understand!

Here with out any further chit chat from my end…

This is what Caught my eye this week! {stick around… we have a winner announced at the end of the post!}

A BEAUTIFUL Pumpkin Spice yarn wreath from Little Things Bring Smiles

How to use digital washi tape in Picnik from Key Lime

Pumpkin candles from A Pumpkin and a Princess

Avgolemono Greek soup from 3 Pickles

Praline cupcakes from Lady Behind the Curtain

Pumpkin Whirligigs from Simple as That

Faux Ombre Chevron Curtains from Owen's Olivia

Halloween Banner from AlderBerry Hill

Tea Dying Onesies from Simple Simon & Co

Fall Wreath from 1st Lady of the House

Numbered cubbies from EllaBoo & Co.

Gift card holder tutorial from My Li'l Pumpkin Patch

The best play dough ever from I Sew, Do You?

Aren't they all so fun!! I am feeling a theme this week… so many fabulous fall projects!  I hope you all had a chance to check everything out… aaaaamazing!!

Now, on to our winner of the WEST ELM gift card sponsored by Hometalk!  I hope you all have taken advantage of the wonderful service that Hometalk has to offer.  It truly is my first go to site when it comes to anything to do with my home. Well, the winner of the $50 gift card is…
