A few weeks ago my family and I were returning home from a quick weekend trip. As we were approaching the house, the first thing we noticed was a constant flow of water running out of our garage. Not exactly what the first thing you want to see when you arrive home.  Long story short… our water heater which lives in the garage {thank heavens} had sprung a leak while we were gone and had soaked everything in the near vicinity. This was a perfect opportunity to use my FREE Hometalk membership!!
