Friday Flair Link Party // Well… This has been a crazy, exhausting week. Last weekend was the big move and I've been spending a good portion of this week putting the house together and trying to get caught up on some looming deadlines for work. Man wouldn't it be nice is life could slow down a bit for major things like moves. It never seem to cooperate does it? This week I also threw my first little get together at the new place. I had a couple of friends over for a much needed Spa Night! I'll tell you all about that later today. It was part of this super fun Skinny Cow WoCavé program that I've been a part of this summer… so much fun!!

I went through the last Friday Flair and unfortunately I only have time for one feature (I know, I'm sorry!!) I'll be back full time next week!! In honor of back to school, I wanted to feature the cutest chalkboard from Michelle Lea Designs…

Friday Flair Link Party // Hey, hey… It's Friday, Friday!! Time for Friday Flair. This week has been a whirl wind. I've been busy packing and getting ready for the move next week. The girls all started their new schools this last week and I headed out to Lexington, Kentucky yesterday to visit my friends at DecoArt!! So, needless to say, I've been busy. I didn't have time to really go through last week's Friday Flair in a way that I typically like, so… I decided to do a Friday Flair Light and pick one project that stood out to me for this week.

Friday Flair Link Party // Features no. 7

Friday Flair Link Party // Happy Friday!! Where has this summer gone?! My kiddos start school next week and I can't believe that summer 2013 will then come to an end. This is the earliest we've even gone back to school. I'm used to the week before Labor Day so this is a little odd for us.

In other news… We're moving AGAIN!! Yepo, we have finally found a house here in Lincoln that fits all of our needs and I'm THRILLED that we found it before the school year started. Just in the nick of time really, but before, so that's great. Now we get to start school and move at the same time… Great! We've been packing up as much as possible this week with a few back to school errands peppered in. I'm so excited to get into the new house and finally start building a home here!! We're still renting, so I don't have carte blanche but I have some fun ideas that I can't wait to start working on.

Friday Flair Link Party // Well, well… we've made it to another Friday. This week another package arrived from the folks at Skinny Cow. Mission #2 is set for this Saturday and it's going to be FUN!!

If you missed the beginning of this series, you can see how it all started here. Our first mission was stepping outside our comfort zone and learning about hidden talents we never knew we had.
