Sarah and I headed up to Park City, Utah last weekend for Evo’11. Evo is a conference for women in social media and let me tell you they put on quite a party!!
Yes, it even included Elmo.

Jamielyn and I had a fabulous lunch at one of the mountain top restaurants with some amazing people! I learned so much about the organic food industry from Maria Emmer-Aanes Director of Marketing from Nature’s Path Organic at lunch. Now that is one impressive lady who works for an equally impressive company.
The cute lady in black is Helene Dujardin from Tartelette. Sarah and I were lucky enough to room with this amazing lady! She’s my new BFF… just saying!!
We had a cooking class with all of the Head Chef from the restaurant and then cook right along side them in their kitchens. This was one of the highlights from the conference. Kind of a dream of mine.
Guess who rocked at prepping shrimp, grilling them and then plaiting? Yea, that would be me! I guess all those hours spent watching The Food Network have paid off.
We then had a class on food photography from the master herself… my new BFF Helene!
Sarah and Jamielyn at one of the fun family evening events. I will say it again the Evo ladies know how to put on a great party!! I MAY have even gone down a zipline that night.
