Last weekend Christene hosted her annual Gingerbread House party and we had a ball!!  Christene is the Gingerbread House QUEEN.  This woman has it down to a fine science and she really knows how to throw a great party.  Here is her Gingerbread House 101 post from last year. It comes with recipes for the gingerbread and the royal Icing (the glue), a printable template to help you to create your structure plus a tutorial.  It's your Gingerbread one stop shop!!

Holiday Card 101 | Three Great Options for your Holiday Photo Cards

It’s that time of the year to start getting your Holiday cards ready! Yesterday we talked about getting the right family photograph to adorn your seasonal greeting. Today, I have a few ideas of what to do once you have those perfect family photos… a Holiday Card 101, if you will!

From this point the world is your oyster. You can put as much time, effort & money into your cards as you want, or keep them super simple.  Here’s a list of some great options…

For those of you out there that are comfortable with basic digital scrapbook design, it’s super simple to design your own card and then either print them on some fabulous paper on your home printer or from any number of places that do any type of color printing.  Here is a card design that I tinkered with for my cards this year…

Holiday Cards with WhipperBerry Studios

There are two kinds of people in this world… Those who send Christmas cards, and those who do not.  Those who do not, just don't GET those who do and vice versa. I am in the love Christmas camp and I'm proud of it.  I love taking the pictures and finding the perfect card to send to all of your family and friends.  In turn, I also LOVE to receive holiday cards!!  Almost more than sending, just almost. But, we all know that the first step to a great Christmas card is a fabulous family picture.
