I'm super excited to have Annie from Originate and Renovate…

…over to share one of her ideas for all of our Thanksgiving tables. A fun and functional place card Idea that I LOVE!!  Here is what you will need to do.

Supplies Needed:
Shipping Tags (available at any office supply store)
Printed photo of each person attending Thanksgiving Dinner
Scrapbook paper and coordinating stickers
Adhesive, Scissors,  Book Ring (available at any craft store)

Glue Picture to the front of the shipping tag. If you don't have a camera that takes polaroids, you may want to mat your pictures with some scrapbook paper. Write or print persons name onto coordinating paper. Cut it out and glue it to pictures. Add a Stitcker.

Turn shipping tag over and cover the back with scrapbook paper. Add a smaller lined paper to the center, creating a place for the person to write what they are grateful for.
Set out your place cards for Thanksgiving dinner.

When everyone has eaten and is done writing their thankful list, stack all the tags together, and slip a book ring through the hole in the top of the shipping tags. You can create a cover tag ahead of time to complete your album before you even start the dishes.

See how to make Annie's Mason Jar Card Holders over at her blog Originate and Renovate

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this idea! As this years’ designated grandma to host Thanksgiving dinner, I’m going to use this idea to create a family heirloom keepsake. Thanks so much for the idea/tutorial 🙂
